Shipping Information
We do our best to ship online store items within a few days of your order, but custom designs may take longer. We’ll be sure to discuss a realistic timeline with you as we talk about your project. Shipping methods will vary based on the size of your project, but we work with several vendors to find the best price.
If you live in the central Texas area and would prefer to have your item delivered or pick it up, let us know when you place your order.
If we are creating something completely unique for you, we will discuss the best transport method and estimated costs once we know the details of your project.
Return Policy
We’re happy to accept returns of stock products (no customization) within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for a refund of the item price. You’ll just be responsible for return shipping costs.
For all other projects, we work hard to make each piece unique for you. We’ll work with you throughout the design process to make sure we have it perfect. As a result, we do not accept returns of custom pieces.
Each piece of metal gets its character from the small imperfections that are inherent in metalworking. We personally pack each item for shipment to ensure it reaches you safely, but we understand that things happen during transit. If your piece is damaged during shipment, we’ll work with you to make it right.
